Warm Down - Lying Ballet Stretch
Start lying down and hug the knees, point and flex the feet to release the lower back and encourage deep breaths. Bring both legs down and bend one in and then point it to the sky. Point and flex the foot and alternate legs, trying to lower slowly with control. Can also be side lying leg lifts, where they begin lying on one side and just lift and uncurl the top leg and then lower, warming up the lower body and releasing the hips.
