Warm Up - Plow Stretch
Lying face up on a mat, bend and bring the knees into the chest and then push them over the head and hold with arms long in front on the mat. Legs can remain bent or straighen out for a stretch in the back of the legs too. This is an intense stretch and release for the back and can be repeated, rolling the legs down and then pushing them back over the head.
