Pass the Book
Everyone in pairs facing each other and interlock feet with knees to sky (sit up position). One participant has a book and they each lie down and keeping the arms straight, sit up to pass the book to partner, then lie back down. See how many passes they can do in a given time. Then play with balancing a book on shins and see if can crunch the knees in and keep the book balanced there.
Can play together as family seeing if someone can hold a plank while they put books on their back. See if anyone can do press-up with book on back. Encourage the family working together to try and perform exercises and support each other.
