Memory Game

Memory game where each participant adds a movement to a sequence. Eg.

• 1st person says Push up, all participants do a push up.
• 2nd person says squat, all participants do a push up, then a squat.
• 3rd person says hop on one leg, all participants do a push up, then a squat, then a hop on one leg.

• May require some adjustment to suit Pre-School aged children, the elderly, pregnant women or SEND participants.
