Everyone stands in a circle, as close as possible. When you pass the ball and the next person catches it, you take a step back. If they don’t catch it, they have to run round the circle and back to their space, and everyone starts back in close again. Can also be played in pairs.

Requires a ball (soft type ball for younger children, soccer type ball for older children)
May require some adjustment to suit Pre-School aged children, the elderly, pregnant women or SEND participants
