Participants line up in two rows, then put their hands on the person in fronts shoulders. The class starts :

• Jump over a rock,

• Hop to the side to avoid an animal

• Duck to dodge the tree branch

• Lean back when driving down a steep hill

• Lean forward when driving up a hill

• Run on the spot to go faster

• wide step to get through the water
