Everyone then individually find a space. Leader calls out different objectives eg Become as big as you can/ Become as small as you can (Stretch) / Jump (heart rate up, Cardio) as high as you can / Jump as tiny as you can / Jump as fast as you can / Jump as slow as you can.
Leader calls out different body parts to move too eg. Move just your toes/ Move just your wrists / Move your arms as big as you can/ Move your shoulders as small as you can / Move just your eyebrows, if you can. (Mobilise and get heart rate up).
- Can be adapted to specific injuries or limited range of motion by focusing on certain body parts.
- To increase intensity, include objectives like jumping as high as you can/fast as you can, finding different ways to move.
- May require some adjustment to suit Pre-School aged children, the elderly, pregnant women or SEND participants.
